As outlined in Fluor’s Conflict of Interest policy (HR-703), all salaried employees must disclose any actual or potential Conflict of Interest ("COI") before engaging in any activity that might give rise to a conflict or create the appearance of a conflict. Employees must also provide updates to previously submitted disclosures in the event their situation changes.
Employees can submit or make changes to a disclosure by clicking here (for single sign on / SSO users). If you are a non- SSO user logging in for the first time, contact ComplianceFeedback@fluor.com for further assistance. If you are a returning non-SSO user click here.
What is a COI?
A COI exists whenever an employee’s personal interests are inconsistent with —i.e., conflict with — the interests of Fluor. As a Fluor employee, your primary business loyalty must lie with Fluor. As a result, an employee must not engage in activities inside or outside of work that create an actual or potential COI between an employee’s personal interests and Fluor’s best interest.
What Happens After I Submit My Disclosure?
All disclosures will be reviewed by the appropriate Fluor department. After review, a determination will be made as to whether the situation is or is not a COI. Once the determination has been made the employee will receive a communication via email advising of the determination and any mitigation actions that are necessary to address the conflict. In the event the disclosed situation or activity is an actual Conflict of Interest and cannot be mitigated, the communication to the employee will include instructions to cease or avoid the situation or activity.
